CCA going from strength to strength in 2016

Many of the biggest UK and global brands will convene in London on 20 January at CCA’s kick-off Industry Council Thought Leadership programme for 2016. This group is for those charged with investment in service and customer experience and has grown by more than 20% since 2015. CCA has reshaped its membership packages to respond to a growing demand for more focus on digital transformation, benchmarking and global leading practice.  Read more
